| Last night was so awesome! I went with my youth group here in Anderson to Blue Springs Caves in Bedford, Indiana. It was so much fun! When we got there we went on this boat ride through the caverns. It was so cool! At one point we were stopped and everyone turned off their flashlights and it was so dark! It was amazing! After that we went on what was called "The Wild Tour." This was basically going through the caves on foot. This entailed crawling, climbing, getting wet, and very dirty. It was rather difficult, but so much fun! We all got so stinking dirty, it was great! The bad part about it was that we all hurt our knees and elbows. I have lots of bruises, but they were worth it. After the tours we learned about equipment then we learned about the caves themselves. This particular cave is over 22 miles long. Then we got to sleep in the cave! It was so great!! We were all freezing, but it was so fun! This was such a cool experience!! | | |
| Wow, it has been a very long time since I have updated this. I have recently returned to school from my Spring Break. I enjoyed having time with my friends and family. I am glad to be back with my friends, but I am not so happy about going back to classes. I have two friends that went to California for Spring Break and were on the Price is Right. They sat right behind the contestants, so they are on tv the whole time!! Also, my friend, Neal, was called to "Come on Down!" and he made it up on stage! He had the chance to win a truck, but blew it. The show will be airing on April 3rd, so everyone should watch it! I am so freaking excited about this!! I think I might have to tape it. That is really all that I have to say right now, so peace out home fries! | | |
| Well, This weekend was pretty good. My sister didn't end up coming after all, which sucked. My roommate's mom and siblings came though, so that was cool. They took me out to dinner with them on Friday night. Lindsay's youngest sister, Maggie, was so very cute. She is six and she wanted to do everything that I did. It was so funny. Her brother, Will is eight. He was so sweet. He asked me if my family was coming and when I told him that they weren't, he said "Well, at least we are here for you." How cute is that! Callie is the oldest of the three, she is twelve. She was cool. She slept in my bed. Hahahaha! I went to a Lock-in at my church here in Anderson on Friday night. It was so much fun! I got shot in the arm with a bb gun and it hurt. I still have a mark from it. However, I did shoot the guy that shot me first, so it was kind of my own fault, but it was all cool. Saturday I spent most of the day sleeping and then I watched most of the first season of "Friends". My roommate and I have managed to watch almost the whole first season in two days! Hahaha! | Hello all. It has been a pretty crazy week, but this weekend has been great! Friday night I hungout with my friend Alex and we went to the All Night Volleyball tournaments. It was a lot of fun. Alex was being silly for almost the whole time we were there. We didn't stay all night. Alex left at like 12 and I left at like 1. Saturday I went to the AU Men's Basketball game. It was a lot of fun. Though AU lost by 10, it was a really good close game the entire time. Also, Jeff and Neal both got to play! They are my favorites, mostly because they are my friends. Tonight I am going to a Super Bowl party at my church here in Anderson. I am really excited. It will be really fun. Next weekend my little sister is coming up to AU for lil sibs weekend. | I don't really have anything to say, but I just thought it appropriate to make a new entry before I get yelled at. Anyway, nothing has really been going on, except that like half the people in my dorm have been getting sick. One of my friends from my floor was sick on Monday. It was not cool. Let's all pray that I don't get sick. Good plan. So, I am going to the AU Men's Basketball game today. I am excited about that. I love to watch my boys play. Except that of the like four guys I know on the team, only one of them plays very much. But, it will still be fun. That is really all that I have to say right now, so have a good day. | | |
